Because of the handcrafted nature of our designs, it can take from 3-7 days to ship your order. Special orders may take up to 7 business days.

If you need it by a certain date, please note in the comments section during checkout what date you need it by and we can expedite it to meet your due date. We will contact you immediately if we cannot get it to you in time.

We can ship to any address within the United States.

We ship via USPS Priority and First Class Mail. The Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping option is usually First Class, tracked and insured to your shipping destination (larger orders may ship priority.) First Class takes from 1-3 business days to arrive after shipping to the continental US, and 3-5 days for HI, Puerto Rico and Guam.

* If you live in Nashville or the surrounding area, we do off contactless curbside pick-up. When ordering, in the notes section of your cart, type "curbside pickup" and leave your phone number so I can contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Return Credit Policy
You may return jewelry purchased within 30 days for full credit or refund if the following conditions apply:

It shows no visible signs of wear and tear.

It is returned with the original receipt and tag attached.
To Return an Item:

Please fill out and submit the Return Request Form enclosed in your package.

Package the item in a (minimum) padded envelope via a tracked shipping method.

Please use the Return Address Label enclosed with your purchase to return any items.
